Cure with Yoga
Yoga Therapy is a way to empower yourself to heal using customized asana, pranayama, mindfulness and other yogic techniques based on your temperament and health conditions . We help you learn, practice and prepare a package of these tools to suit your specific needs.
Take care of the health of an individual through nisarg ways of Yoga, Pranayam, Surya Namasakar & physical exercises for all age group in early morning from 6.30 A.M. to 8.30 A.M. on all days of a week except on Friday

We work with various communities to spread health awareness and improve health-seeking behaviour.We work with public health systems and the police to create sustainable improvements in service delivery.
Complete Health- Swasthya
Take care of the health of an individual through nisarg ways of Yoga, Pranayam, Surya Namasakar & physical exercises for all age group in early morning from 6.30 A.M. to 8.30 A.M. on all days of a week except on Friday. Health record of all the members is maintained to analyse their health periodically. As far as possible, appropriate alternate medical therapies are suggested. In addition, the activities of Hasya Yoga & balancing helps in the Rechan Kriya (to flush out bodily impurities & negativity).
Cleanliness- Swachhta
A Swachhta Programme which at present is basically focused to revive the Pavitrata of the Powai Lake. Nisarg Seva not only make our surroundings Swach & Mast taking us close to Mother Nature but also is an effective tool to flush out negative emotions such as ego, pride, hatred, tension from us.
Selfless Service - Nisarg Seva
We are regularly carrying out cleanliness and tree plantation drives turning many KACHRA CORNERS in to KUDRAT CORNERS. Till now we have converted seven garbage littered corners and road dividers in Powai in to beautiful landscape and the journey continues. Thus creating an environment of happiness in the society.
