Entry Rules and Regulations
1. Applicants must submit their entries only via the application modes mentioned in this website.
2. Information against all mandatory fields prefixed with '*' on the entry form must be filled. Incomplete entries will be rejected.
3. An entry form must be accompanied with the requisite fee. A form received without the correct fee or no fee will be rejected.
4. For entry acceptance, the entry form 'Waiver' must be signed. If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, his/her guardian must also sign the waiver and write his/her relation with the applicant on the form.
5. Physical Acceptance Letters and event information will not be posted to anyone. You may logon to event website to check your application status or contact the organizing committee.
6. Entries not accepted: Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the application.
fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 10th November 2019. An amount of Rs 100 will be deducted as processing charges.
7. Refunds: Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 31st January 2020.
8. Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
9. Where any information and/or any document provided by an applicant/runner at any point in time is found to be incorrect, participation of the said runner shall be withheld/disqualified and there will be no refund of application fees paid by the runner. All benefits accruing to the said runner as a participant of Nisarg Run-2019 shall stand forfeited.
10. Running Bib & participation kit Collection.
11. All confirmed participants/their authorized representatives are required to come Nisarg Udhyan from Saturday, 2 Nov (Saturday) onwards in order to collect their running number bibs& participation kit. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses. Please do thoroughly go through the WAVIER & TERMS AND CONDITIONS of participation in NISARG RUN-2019, prior to submitting your application.

I agree all Terms and conditions. *WAIVER (Must be signed for entry acceptance) I declare, confirm and agree as follows that I/my ward.. (i) have given true and complete information in this application form and me/my ward is/am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information; (ii) have fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in the Nisarg Run-2019 (the event) and will be participating entirely at my/his/her risk and responsibility; (iii) understand the risk of participating on a course with vehicular traffic, even if the course may be regulated/policed; (iv)for myself/ourselves and our legal representatives, waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all organisers, Sponsors of the event, Mumbai City, all political entities, authorities and officials, all contractors and construction firms working on or near the course, all Nisarg Run-2019 Committee persons, officials and volunteers, Nisarg Swasthya Sansthan and all other persons and entities associated with the event and the directors, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned including, but not limited to, any claims that might result from me/my ward participating in the event and whether on account of illness, injury, death or otherwise; (v) agree that if I am/my ward is injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer/s any detriment whatsoever, I hereby irrevocably authorize the event officials and organizers to, at my/our risk and cost, transport me/my ward to a medical facility and/or to administer emergency medical treatment and l/my ward waive/s all claims that might result from such transport and/or treatment or delay or deficiency therein. I shall pay or reimburse to you my/my ward's medical and emergency expenses, transportation and l/my ward hereby authorize/s you to incur the same; and none of the sponsors of the event or any political entity or authorities and officials or any contractor or construction firms working on or near the course, or any of the Nisarg Run-2019 Committee persons, officials or volunteers or Nisarg Swasthya Sansthan or any persons or entities associated with the event or the directors, employees, agents or representatives of all or any of the aforementioned shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward's representatives; (vi) in case of any illness or injury caused to me or my ward or death suffered by me or my ward during the event or due to any force majeure event including but not limited to fire, riots or other civil disturbances, earthquakes, storms, typhoons or any terrorist act,none of the sponsors of the event or any political entity or authorities and officials or any contractor or construction firms working on or near the course, or any of the Nisarg Run-2019 Committee persons, officials or volunteers or any persons or entities associated with the event or the directors, employees, agents or representatives of all or any of the aforementioned shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward's representatives; (vii) understand, agree and irrevocably permit Nisarg Swasthya Sansthan to share the information given by me/my ward in this application, with all/any entities associated with the Nisarg Run-2019, at its own discretion; (viii) understand, agree and irrevocably permit Nisarg Swasthya Sansthanto use my/my ward?s photograph which may be photographed on race day and/or during various functions of the event, for the purpose of promoting Nisarg Run, at its own discretion; (ix) shall not hold the organizers and all/any of the event sponsors responsible for loss of my/his/her application form and/or application fee in transit; (x) I/my ward do agree to receive information and offers of various brands/products/services as may be sent to me/my ward by the event promoters (or a person duly authorized by the promoters) on the email address given by me/my ward in this application form; (xi) I/my ward understand and agree to the event terms and guidelines.
